The spaces of The Jave are designed to achieve the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. As a result, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a generous 11×4 meters swimming pool, and 5 terraces that offer enchanting views of the sea, swimming pool and garden.
The villa consists of countless spots for families and groups to gather and create their most cherished moments. Engage in intimate conversations within the Fourus-room, savor the magic of stargazing from the rooftop lounge at night or retreat to one of the cozy hideaway corners for a well-deserved moment of privacy. Kitchen
The heart of The Jave invites guests to unleash their inner chef. Designed with every culinary need in mind, the kitchen features an XL cooking island and is equipped with an integrated extractor, oven, combi microwave, toasters, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffeemachine, SMEG kettle, dishwasher and ample storage space for all your ingredients.
On the other side of the cooking island, a bar with three cozy seats is designed for savoring drinks, private dinners, engaging in delightful conversations with the chef and enjoying the best views in town.
Living areas
The Jave presents two distinct living areas, creating the ideal setting for groups to gather and enjoy each others company. The Fourus room features a unique round handmade couch with views of the green Mirador valley.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the second living area offers a communal space to enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and catch a glimpse of the nearby lighthouse at night.
Bedrooms
The villa offers four luxurious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 to 10 guests and designed to meet every travellers cravings. The first floor grants access to the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a kingsize bed, and breathtaking seaviews. On the ground level, you’ll find three additional bedrooms sharing two separate bathrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, and offering direct access to the outside terrace and swimming area.
Upon request, one or two beds can be added to accommodate a ninth or tenth guest.
Ensuring optimal comfort, every bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning system, and provides stunning views of the mesmerizing sea, picturesque valley, or colorful summer garden.
Bathrooms
The Jave villa boasts a total of 3 bathrooms, designed to provide convenience and luxury. Two bathrooms are situated on the ground level and are shared by three rooms. These bathrooms feature two showers, a relaxing bath, and illuminated mirrors.
For extra privacy and comfort, the master bedroom on the first floor boasts an en-suite bathroom. This private area offers a shower and lighted mirrors as well.
Outdoor
With five beautifully appointed terraces scattered accross the yard, The Jave offers a perfect spot for each moment of the day.
Surrounded by a mixture of handmade and wooden sunbeds, as well as cozy umbrellas for shade, the heated 11×4 meters swimming pool tempts you to take a refreshing dive.
Adjacent to the pool, the outdoor kitchen and lounge area provide an exclusive and communal area to gather, dine and relax. Share some food with your closest friends or invite one of our highly recommended chefs while enjoying the golden hours.
Imagine stepping out of your bed and effortlessly settling down into one of the inviting lounge areas within the adjoining ‘naya’ of the house. These spaces are part of the ground and first floors of the villa and offer a retreat from the sun.
Nestled in one of the garden’s outer corners, the pergola terrace is the absolute hideaway for guests who love garden views, tranquil sea breezes and vibrant summer flowers.
